SEO Training at all levels

The Intent Philosophy approach to search marketing is about meeting people where they are, and that's exactly how we go about training. Whether you've never come into contact with SEO before or work in a hands-on digital role, training sessions are catered to specific business requirements whilst covering off the essentials.

How we approach SEO training in 2026

Inclusive SEO training for all

Sessions are delivered by our founder, and designed with your business and team in mind. Each session is bespoke, and caters for employees at all levels of exposure to SEO. I've worked with people who have no prior SEO knowledge before we meet, as well as global publishers who are writing and optimising digital content every day.

Conversational group sessions

Training is a conversation. Whilst I always provide a slide deck covering all the most important elements of SEO (which you can keep, circulate and refer back to), the approach focuses on conversation and context. We'll spend time going through your specific questions, setup and challenges, and hands-on examples from your own website.

What does SEO training include?

Each training session is tailored to what you need, but most sessions include the following as standard:

How Google finds and indexes your content

Start by discovering how Google actually works. Here we'll go through how Google finds content, and how it chooses which to rank.

Content SEO Fundamentals

This section usually includes the essentials of keyword research, headings, internal linking, metadata and more. All the on-page must-haves.

Technical SEO Fundamentals

Here, we'll go as deep into the tech as you need. It usually includes the basics such as status codes, redirects and chains, Core Web Vitals.

Why train with me?

Experienced SEO & BrightonSEO Speaker

As well as my hands-on SEO experience across in-house brands and digital agencies, I have trained large teams in the fundamentals of SEO. My experience so far includes training some of the world's leading magazine brands, a mental health not-for-profit, a university and more. Hannah Fox_474.jpg
Hannah recently ran a fantastic SEO training session for the IPS Grow team, working with colleagues whose knowledge ranged from complete beginners to those with a general understanding. She struck exactly the right tone for the audience, which was clear, engaging, and approachable. Hannah created an environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions, no matter how simple.

Thanks to Hannah’s expert delivery and ability to explain complex topics in a practical, relatable way, the team left not only more confident in their understanding of SEO but also with a real appreciation of its importance to our work.

She then led a more technical session with the marketing team, where she quickly identified several key issues on our website and suggested improvements we could implement straight away. Her insights were incredibly valuable, and her passion for SEO was both evident and infectious.

We’re really looking forward to working with Hannah again in the future and couldn’t recommend her more highly.
